Indiana Jones Has Arrived at The Warehouse Antiques!

There’s no need to raid any lost arks - we’ve found Indiana Jones!

A rare, limited-edition life-size Indiana Jones display model has turned up at The Warehouse Antiques & Collectables, and he’s certainly attracting plenty of attention.

Complete with his famous fedora, leather jacket and whip, Indy makes quite a statement. He’s ideal for anyone who loves the films, has their own Temple of Doom, isn’t afraid of snakes… or simply thinks their dining room is missing a life-size Indiana Jones staring across the table!

Whilst we’re sure he makes an excellent guard for the centre, he is looking for a new home. The big question is – who wants to take Indy home?

Treasures Worthy of the Temple of Doom

Of course, Indiana Jones isn’t the only unusual discovery waiting inside The Warehouse. With more than 100 dealers under one roof, you never quite know what you’ll uncover as you explore the centre.

Sticking with our Temple of Doom theme, we’ve picked out a few pieces that wouldn’t look out of place on one of Indy’s adventures.

There’s a charming 1930s Chad Valley tinplate globe, complete with aged colours and a classic wooden base, alongside a vintage Spanish amber glass decanter decorated with beautifully tooled leather.

We also discovered a handsome brass spirit kettle with its curved spout, decorative handles and raised stand – just the sort of thing you could imagine sitting on an explorer’s desk.

For something a little more exotic, there’s a wonderfully quirky 1970s ceramic elephant plant stand or garden stool, finished in warm bronze tones with ornate detailing.

And what would an adventure be without a treasure chest? A decorative brass and wooden tea caddy looks remarkably like a miniature one, with textured detailing and decorative banding. Admittedly, it’s more likely to contain tea than ancient treasure, but you never know!
